« What a wonderful stay! Spacious! Beautiful decor! Lovely views of famous pecan tree and Barton Springs entrance from the deck. Our teenagers also loved it. Our dogs have never been happier! Long walks in the park & refreshing swim in the springs. Museums & fabulous restaurants close by. Lisa was amazing. We can’t wait to come back! »

« When you first pull up to the house you are a bit concerned of its age and slightly precarious staircase. Once inside, the charm and beautfully appointed artwork puts you at ease. All bedrooms have comfortable beds with soft sheets. We enjoyed the location, you can walk to Zilker Park and if weather permits (not too hot/humid) you could even walk through the park to the downtown area. Lots of restaurants close by. « Conveniently located just 10 minutes from downtown Austin, as well as a short walk to the bus tiling Congress Ave, this cozy abode was a great place to stay. Clean with great indoor and outdoor space. As mentioned above, a short walk to the numerous shops and eateries on Congress Ave too. Communication with the property manager was easy and open. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! »

« We came into town for a work event and found this home to be adorable, affordable, and in a great, safe neighborhood. The home was clean and provided all the amenities needed for a longer stay. The master bed was so comfortable, I struggled getting up in the morning :) There is no ice machine, so grab a bag on your way in as you pass multiple grocery and convenient stores. Will absolutely stay again when we are in town. »

« This house is so cute! We chose this house for our bachelorette party to stay at and it was perfect. Plenty of room for 6 people. I do think there should be a door in the largest bedroom between the shower and the bed area, though. Especially if 2 people are staying in there that don’t usually share that type of space together. « We do not travel much and this was our first trip to Austin for music and food (2 days/2 nights). We enjoyed this house and everything it offered. We were close enough to walk to a park and uber everywhere else. Its a quiet and pretty neighborhood and felt very much like home. And we felt very safe. « The place was perfect for us. The ambiance was relaxing yet fun. Loads of things for the kids to do and the pool was the perfect temperature. Decor: time and thought was put into the fixtures and decoration and supplies. It has everything needed. Beds were comfy and clean. Loads of towels and it was all very well taken care of.
