« Overall this was a nice, large house with an ample kitchen and comfortable furniture. There were only two of us in the house and we had lots of room to ourselves. It is close to the grocery store and one of our favorite eateries and night spots. »

« I loved this hidden gem. The location was perfect. Next to Crabby Bills, restaurants, shops, Publix, bars, family fun too. I loved the break up of this home. 2 living rooms and 4 bedrooms gave everyone their privacy to work and relax when needed. The kitchen table was enough room for all of us to come together and hang out and play games. The beach is a very short walk away and it is just perfect! Crabby Bills is always our favorite for peel and eat shrimp and drinks and to be in walking...

« Everything was as listed. We didnt expect to receive a table by the pool and umbrella and chairs on the beach at no additional charge so that was a bonus. We will come back next year »

« We had a wonderful time. Hakim the property manager was great and very responsive to all our needs! The house was clean and had everything for a wonderful vacation! The view was amazing and we loved to watch the birds and dolphins. The fishing off the dock was great! The beach is really close! It was a perfect location! We had a fantastic time! »

« Heated pool and backyard were the best ,We spent the entire month if Jan in the pool .The house was clean , plenty of utensils, glasses and dishes .plenty of frying pans and pots . Communication with owners was excellent when we needed a cooler they brought it right away .Living room tv needed some attention. Location to beach and a kids playground was perfect.Very quiet neighborhood and we felt safe . Pool maintenance was weekly .suggestions for owners they need new beach chairs and new bath...

« Beautiful view of the water, nice walkable location to restaurants and beach. House is not rental ready though. Washer/dryer does not work properly, sofa very uncomfortable, vice grip on shower faucet used to turn on water. Toilets clogged and overflowed for over 24 hrs. After 2 unsuccessful plumbers, 3rd plumber finally fixed issue. Note there is a rental property in the attached garage. So if you need full privacy, this is not the spot for you. It could be a great rental if the owner invests...

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this very nicely renovated bungalow! The layout of the 3-bedroom home was perfect, modernly decorated, and beautifully restored 100 year old hardwood floors. The back yard was gorgeous with a large in-ground saltwater swimming pool. The walk to the beach was short and easily accessible. We look forward to future stays at this property - highly recommended. »

« We have been staying on Pass-A-Grille for almost 10 years now. We have stayed at many hotels, condos, and VRBO. Location was perfect. We enjoyed the outdoor dining space. We did miss a good view of the water, but It didn't take more than a few minutes to get to the beach. The one thing we did appreciate was the kitchen. It was well stocked with hand towels, dish towels, blender, coffee maker, soap, paper towels, and more! And they provided beach chairs and beach towels. Very nice place. »

« We loved the home! It's an older home that is beautiful with an amazing view of the bay and about 2 blocks from the beach. The property management stayed in contact with us each day as there was some repairs to be made as the previous visitors left the same day as we arrived. The washer was broken and they were looking for a replacement. We did not have hot water for the last 24 hrs we were there. We couldn't get the ice maker to work in the freezer either. I would have loved being able to fly...

« We loved the property. When we arrived, not as clean as we would have liked, communicated that to owner for him to address with his cleaners. Check in was easy and owner, Ed, was so easy to deal with and responsive. We loved the location and walked many places. Wish the weather would have been better, but we still had a great vacation. This property is for sale, so we accomodated showing and open house. We are hoping to return next year. »

« This beautiful house is located in the best area. You are close the the beach and the bay. Great restaurants within walking distance and shops too. I love pass-a-grille, especially for fishing and my family always enjoy a day at Fort De Soto, which is my all time favorite beach. I cannot wait to visit again and "this is the house " »

« Steps to the beach. ❤️ House well stocked with beach gear, but could use a bit more kitchen equipment for those of us who love to cook. Hot tub in listing, but gone from property. Sleeps 14, but configured differently from listing-daybed is gone from Master Suite, replaced with sleeper sofa in living area. Property manager responsive and helpful. »

« La cuisine était très mal équipée. Nous avons dû acheter des verres à vin et des couteaux. Il n'y avait pas de petites assiettes et aucune spatule. La machine à café était défectueuse. Elle a été remplacé par une autre aussi défectueuse. NOus avons dû prendre le café au Publix. Nous sommes arrivés tard ce qui explique peut-être la réception très froide que nous avons reçu. Aucune explication sur les services que nous pouvions espérer avoir. Dans l'ensemble la plage est magnifique mais il...
