« This place was really clean when we arrived. The house was splendide. Chad was really easy to communicate with, he responded really fast. The beach was easy to access. The neighbourhood was calm. « The house had all the space we needed for our large group. The food items for our arrival was an added bonus you don’t get in most rentals! This rental has all you need and more! We would rent again and recommend to large groups. »

« We spend a week in Orlando with family each year. Wanted to come over to the coast for a couple of days. This place was great! Short walk to the ocean, plenty of things to do. Lots of room for the 5 of us. Would stay here again for sure. »

« This was the perfect place for our active family ranging from ge 13 to 65. Biking, swimming in the ocean and kayaking was amazing and everything was walking distance or in our own back yard. It was perfect for our needs. »

It is an easy walk to the beach with traffic lights to cross the busy streets and is right by the fun downtown of Cocoa Beach. The large backyard with the canal and kayaks is a wonderful bonus. « We are from Maine and could not have been more pleased with our choice to stay at Pineapple Cove. We specifically chose this place due to it being just steps from the ocean, and it surpassed all of our expectations. « Belle unité, très propre. Le lit est très haut, et pas très confortable. Les photos du listing sont à la limite de la fausse représentation. Le beau patio qu’on voit près de la plage est presque totalement un espace réservé à l’unité 7. De plus, une autre photo, celle d’une terrasse devant les unités, montre un lieu que nous n’avons pas vu sur place. »
