« We stayed at Rachel's at the end of our 15 day road trip out West last April. The location is ideal for visiting the north of LA. The shops nearby are very good. Be careful you need the car. The house is very quiet and Rachel is very welcoming. The environment is splendid. You are surrounded by nature so close to the hustle and bustle of the city. We had a great stay there, too short. Go there no problem. We’re French’s. »

« I hesitate to give this 5 stars because I want it always open for my family trips. But it’s perfect for a small group. Close to everything in the valley. Great neighborhood, easy access to the highways. Can walk or get a ride anywhere in the area. Clean, great setup, great view. One of the best I’ve ever stayed in. »

« This was a lovely place to stay and was close to Universal which made it very easy for us to drive there. The entrance to the property was nice and private and the guest home is very cozy. »

« This location had a beautiful view and serene outside location. Wonderful hosts, helped if we needed anything. We did not realize however it was the lower unit of the house. There were 2 families above us at different times during our stay, and we could hear every footstep from upstairs. Not ideal, I wish we would have known we were the lower unit, so we could expect that. Otherwise a beautiful place and we had a great time in Malibu! »

« This place was so bad, we decided to leave early. The best part was driving there. If you arrive at night the code key box is the same color as the brick wall it’s hard to find at night and lighting is horrible. There is no way to lock the sliding glass door when you leave it only locks from the inside. The kitchen, the microwave was dirty nasty. « This was a great spot right outside LA. It was a quick drive to Universal Studios and Hollywood attractions. It was a nice quieter spot outside the city but still had easy access to groceries, restaurants, etc. House was very modern and comfortable. Owner was very responsive to our needs. »

Pour les 2 autres appartements, il y a une terrasse partagée mais qui ne donne pas sur la mer directement et qui, en février, reçoit très peu de soleil.
