There were several things that were not what I would have expected to encounter in a home of this stature. There were at least 3 chairs and a sofa that were badly soiled. Drawers in the kitchen were dirty with someone else’s crumbs. I have a dog and I know how important it is to pick up after her but upon my arrival, I was checking things out and noticed...

« We love our vacations on AMI (since 2015) and this year was no different. The unit was perfect for us (3 people). A very short walk to the beach and good location to Pine and north of the island. Layout of the unit was unique but everything was provided - beach chairs, wagon, cooler, towels, etc. Beds need an update though but that is a minor point. »

« Property is old and needs updating and some paint. Back door is clear glass with no privacy. We had to cover glass with black garbage bags since there were no blinds or curtains. Bathroom needs updated. Dirt between wall and washer/dryer. »

« Pleased with design-openess, light, full kitchen. Good air conditionng and dehumidification system. Very adequate grill and beach accessories.. Negative-thin walls, unfiltered water. Stairway and balcony could be cleaner. Bathroom window needs sun shade. »
