« Ryan Cider and Bourbon met us as we parked. My dog Arthur quickly befriended the other 2 dogs. Ryan greeted us and showed us around the grounds and house. The views are spectacular. The house itself is tastefully furnished and items are clearly labeled. Amenities are top-notch and well thought out. There are multiple spices, coffee and cooking oil. The beds are extremely comfortable and we sleep soundly. We did not want to leave the house!! I enjoyed meeting the tortoise and viewing the koi pot....

« This is a lovely spot with breathtaking views. The rooms are clean and well appointed and the fire places are easy to use and cozy. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to stay in, cook, relax play board games. It’s about 30 minutes over a country road to SLO. Take the back road for a spectacular drive through old oaks, Spanish moss and winding streams. The skyline changes from minute to minute making the view an ever changing painting of dramatic colors. »

« We checked in about 90 mins early (for a $25 early check in fee) which was nice that we could do that. However, on checking the cleanliness of the room, there was a bit to be desired. There was wilted lettuce in the drawer of the dresser as well as obvious dirt and dust. The sink had a lot of crusty stuff around the upper drain hole. "Motel independant qui offre des chambres neuves, en meilleure condition que les chaines d'hotel budget. Tout le mobilier etait neuf, la chambre etait vraiment belle. Marche d'environs trente minutes de la gare Amtrak. Piscine exterieure et petit dejeuner que je n'ai pas essaye (j'ai quitte trop tot). J'y retournerai surement tres bon choix. Je vous le recommande."
