« Place was fantastic. Probably one of the closer spots to easily be able to walk down to the main area at Cruz Bay. Had parking for our rental that we got right across the street at Lionel Jeep. Only issue was electricity problems on the island for 2 days during our stay (no generator on site which probably should be addressed). »

« Pros: Staff was super nice. We showed up early and were greeted by Michael. Our room wasn't ready, but he gave us ideas of things to do, with directions. They have a ton of supplies you can borrow to take to the beach, including coolers, towels, and snorkeling gear. They also have complimentary sunscreen, bug spray, and other sundries. Everyone, staff and guests, were nice. Definitely a place you won't know a stranger. Room was huge.The car ferry is just around the corner, and the people ferry...

« Beautiful place. Friendly staff. Great places to eat. Infinity pool was gorgeous. Only issues were air conditioning wasnt working well throughout the hotel and the beach is public, not Westin. The Hotel by the beach (sister hotel to Westin) came and made us go to the public side. Little embarrassing. »
