« A mi-chemin entre le volcan Arenal et Tenorio, c’est un bon compromis. Il y a 2 chambres à l’étage avec terrasse et vue sur les montagnes et 2 chambres au rdc en face de la maison principale. Petite piscine sur une belle terrasse. Place de parking gratuite. Si les propriétaires ne sont pas là, sonner et ils vont parleront via l’interphone à distance pour vous donner le digicode. Nous avons été très bien reçu. Petit déjeuner possible. Chambre « premier » moderne, très confortable et propre....

« Beautiful boutique hotel. Only 6 rooms. each individually decorated . Owner chef welcoming and very personable. Amazing tasting meal available as well as regular menu. Enjoy the included family style breakfast (for hotel guests only) while you watch Toucans at the feeders. Highly recommend stopping at Gingerbred! »

« Out of all the places we stayed while in Costa Rica this by far was our favorite. The hospitality here was above and beyond. We truly felt like we were taken care of like family. Vilma was outstanding in every way. The location was perfect, the room had all the amenities, the food…. The food was a must!! This was cooked with love and seasoned to perfection. « This is a very unique house in a very quiet and peaceful location. We only visited for 1 night so we did not get to enjoy it as much as we could have. Small miscommunication with our booking but as we went on an evening tour, things were straightened out and all was well by the time we returned. This would be a very fun place for a group of friends as there was a big field to play in, tons of beds, and a big covered communal area to play games.
