The whole building has fantastic amenities especially the roof top pool (the water was the perfect temperature for day or evening swims), and the security guards were so lovely. « This condo is all that is advertised. The rooms were spacious were clean and the views were fantastic. We really enjoyed hanging around the dining room table playing games and just talking. We hope to stay here again next year! »

« Liked the condo but getting into and out of property was difficult when rainy due to potholes in road. Also construction next door made the road a mess. Problems we had inside the condo were promptly resolved by the Naya Homes representative. »

« This apartment was in a great location, close to downtown and the beach. Apartment was very clean, comfortable, and looked just like the photos. AC also worked great during the more humid times of the day. The hill to get up to the room is very steep, but more than worth it if you do not have any disabilities. Fabiola was an amazing host, she was more than accommodating and we couldn’t have asked for anything better! Highly recommend! »

Although I believe there was A/C no need for it when doors are opened and breezes naturally cool. Bonus of sights and sounds of the goings on below condo on beach and walkway. Everything is within steps of building. On-site staff is amazing and easy to help. »
