« We loved our stay at Ridge Edge Cottage! The neighbors (and their dog) were wonderful and it was so fun to live among the locals for a few nights. You have everything you need here including a washing machine (no dryer). The dishes were not all clean in the cabinet but that was an easy fix with the dish soap provided. It is quite far from Portree (45-60 minutes) but well worth the drive. »

« We had a lovely week staying here. Although a little dated, the accommodation was clean and comfortable and beds provided a great night's sleep. The garden was large and although not enclosed was great for our older lab. Previous reviews mentioned the steps down to the front door. For clarity, there are two steps on a gravelly slope. Eine schöne Beschäftigung bei Ebbe. Den Ofen haben wir mit dem vorhandenen Holz nicht angefeuert bekommen. Wegen der Heizung war es aber trotzdem warm. Übergabe war ohne persönlichen Kontakt, was wir schade fanden. »

« Ce cottage se trouve face à la mer où une colonie de phoques ont élu domicile. Pour atteindre le cottage on empreinte une petite route «one way » sur 7 miles qui nous donne l’impression d’être au bout du monde. L’endroit est vraiment exceptionnel pour les amoureux de la nature. Il n’y a pas de connexion réseau donc vous êtes réellement coupés du monde. J’ai adoré ce moment de tranquillité absolue. »

C’est un bon point de départ pour découvrir les paysages variés et surprenants de l’ile de Skye. « We loved our stay and would absolutely recommend Princes Point Villa! The location is perfect for an Isle of Skye road trip. The scenery is fantastic, with a sweeping view of the sea across a beautiful pasture. The apartment was clean and well appointed with a fabulous farm style kitchen.
