« The house is beautifully presented and has wonderful views across farmland to the sea. Really well equipped for 10 adults with pretty much everything we needed. It's a lovely walk into Port Isaac for food, drink and fun and, although it's a steep hill, it was a lovely walk back at the end of the night. We'll definitely be back. « The Beach House was the perfect place to have a family reunion. The location is wonderful, a short walk into Port Isaac and overlooking the beautiful Port Gaverne. Amazing decking/ balcony across the road to sit for sundowners and evening meals. Plenty of parking, lovely spacious rooms and a fantastic kitchen / dining room with plenty of space. The games room is great and the sauna too! We would definitely recommend. »

« Great location for walking to either Port Isaac (10mins) or Port Gaverne (5mins) Lundy is a first floor appartment with partial sea views. 2 bedrooms, 1x bathroom and a kitchen/dining/living room. Great for x3 of us and a dog. We stayed Fri-Sun April 2024 for The Shanty Festival. Fantastic festival in fantastic place! « We spent 8 days here for our honeymoon. The house was clean, spacious with lovely thoughtful touches everywhere. Its November so much quieter, peaceful and exactly what we needed. Walks to the local beaches, pubs, and surrounding areas are on the doorstep along with fantastic seafood options both fresh from the harbour and in the form of Michellin star restaurants. « The house was very small but beautifully appointed. Parking at the top of a hill may cause problems for some but a slightly longer walk was much flatter and we took the car halfway down the hill to unload. All the rooms were decorated with love and both the living room and bedroom were very comfortable. The welcome pack was lovely too. The location was great, with pasties, beer and other treats on the doorstep. Highly recommend, so long as you’re okay with stairs. »
