« The cabin was lovely and had everything you could need. The hosts were very accommodating and gracious. I was surprised that Lake Arrowhead is so crowded with houses. They are on small lots and seemed on top of each other. So it wasn’t the wilderness experience I was expecting. Also not very tourist friendly as only homeowners are allowed to use the lake. »

« My girlfriends and I decided to go away for the weekend to relax and reconnect and Chateau Bernina delivered. First of all, check in is seamless! I never met the owner and I had a question for Michael and he responded immediately..very impressive response!! The Chateau was clean and the home was equipped with essentials in the kitchen and bathrooms. The bedrooms were clean and the beds were all comfy. The jets for the jacuzzi in the master bedroom did not work, but the indoor jacuzzi and sauna...

« Everything was really great, about the cleanest place we’ve ever been at. House looks very modern our favorite part of the house was the kitchen and the backyard. Backyard=OUTSTANDING!! However it did have its cons. In the living room the curtains were stained red (not to sure what it might be) on the roof in the living room there’s a huge water leak, it runs near the tv. Over all a 8/10 »

« This was an amazing house with great fixtures and features. Very convenient location. The only small things that didn’t work was the downstairs shower due to the handle. I will say, they did offer to fix during our stay but we declined! So super fast response time! Then the downstairs toilet would run so we found this out when the water commissioner came in the am. Which was great!! Those two minor things didn’t stop us from having an amazing experience with the house!! Can’t wait to stay there...

« We stayed 2 nights to get away from the city and enjoy the town and lake. The cabins were exactly as described, beautifully maintained and with all the necessary modern luxuries. Communicating with the hosts was also pleasant and easy. Would stay again! »

« This cabin has been beautifully remodeled inside, was spacious for our group of 2 adults and 6 teens, and perfectly located within walking distance of the Village and lake. We made all of our meals in the well-stocked kitchen that has new appliances. The fireplace and heating kept us cozy and warm during our snowy stay. Would most definitely rent this cabin again! »
