« 1. Trouble accessing lockbox. Owner was available to talk me thru it. More instructions needed, as not all lockboxes work the same way 2. No heat! With 40’s temp, I was very cold and the heater did not work. After another phone call to the owner, discovered fuse for unit had been turned off. 3. Coffee makers but no coffee! »

« This is a good place for a budget focused stay. The furniture was uncomfortable and some items were broken. Ant infestation in the kitchen. Many light bulbs were burned out. Appears to be a leak under the kitchen sink. Many patches in the walls and a stain on the kitchen wall. The filter in the refrigerator needs to be changed. « Needed short rental due to house fumigation. This was close to our home and provided what we needed for 3 days. Host was amenable to a couple of not usual requests. Parking area turn around is tight. Better to back in from street. Overall great for 2 people »
