« I could hear the seals barking the moment I arrived. This house is one block from the beach. I didn’t get a chance to use all of the equipment in the garage, bikes, kayaks, boogie boards, games, etc. the focus of this trip was to go explore the Channel Islands. The location was very convenient to get to the ferry dock in Ventura. There were also some really good restaurants near by. There were three bedrooms which gave us plenty of room for 6 of us. »

« For the location price was expected. Out the door to the sand. Checking was easy. Like everyone else I will Note this property needs an interior facelift. Well stocked but couch is stained, the furnishings, cabinets are aged. Big tv on third floor is out of service so you watch a small one that’s in a desk obstructed a pole in floor blocking view. A little money and they could make this a real gem! Ping pong table was a blast. Kitchen/family space was a great size. »

« This is such a beautiful spot! The great room was perfect for our family celebration playing games and doing puzzles. The only reason for 4/5 rather than 5/5 was due to a text I sent about a few issues with no response. One shower wasn’t draining properly and there were no BBQ tools to be found. Also, only 2 wine glasses in the house.🤔 Otherwise it was awesome!!! »

« We had a wonderful stay at Stephanie’s place. We booked very last minute while our house was being worked on. She was super responsive and accommodating. We were even able to arrange a late check out while they finished up work at our house. The neighborhood was lovely, we did a lot of walking through the harbor and the beach was beautiful. « We enjoyed our stay. The house was filled with everything you need. In the kitchen they have plenty of plates, bowls, cups, silverware, cooking utensils , pot holders, baking pans, cooking sheets, coffee pot with k cup, seasonings, dishwasher tabs, microwave and a high oven in the wall. The oven was the one thing that was hard for me to use because I’m 5’ 3” and oven is high and you can’t pull out or put in pans from the front of the oven because the counter is in the way. "Tres bon service, bon dejeuner . Nous avions vue sur la marina, super . Le seul point négatif,ce sont les tapis dans les chambres qui sont sales et aussi dans le passage. Il ne devrait plus y avoir de tapis dans les chambres, ce n’est pas hygiénique . "
