« The room was basic but met our needs. They could use new chairs as the plastic ones they had were mostly broken. Our biggest complaint though was the smoking. They claim that smoking is only in designated areas but this appeared to be anywhere outside including the pool deck and the tables by the BBQ where we were trying to eat our dinner. When we asked asked the front desk staff where the designated smoking area was as indicated on the signs, she told us she didn't know and it wasn't her job to...
