« The staff was spot on, kind and friendly as we went through two rainstorms that knocked out power and took systems offline. Staff was right there with support and solutions. Such a convenient location when you learn the bus and trolley system. We will stay here again. »

« The location is 20 min from downtown attraction. You can easily walk. The hotel room had a very bad smell et was very humid. There was plenty of ants on the floor in our room located on the 5th floor. We had not spare towels for 1 week and no cleaning is provided. The nice point is they provide coffee for free. « Perfect spot. We had both new people to NOLA and seasoned veterans to Bourbon st. Everyone agreed this was the perfect walking location to all the fun in french quarters. Host communicated very well made and made it as easy as possible. Could probably sleep 14 but theres only two bathrooms so our 8 was just right. Great experience would love to stay in this exact spot again »

« I traveled to NOLA on business and was located about 20 minutes from the convention center. Far enough out of town and close enough to get to all the city easily. The property is exactly as described in pictures. Gated parking, pool, snacks and drinks upon entering, partially stocked refrigerator, and incredible coffee station and selection. My invoming flight was delayed, and because of that my departure was also delayed which changed my check out date. This host accomodated this change quickly...

« Place was clean except for stains in sink. I was given the incorrect door code but was able to resolve this with a quick call. Front door handle to exit was broken so I had to find an alternate route out of the building. (Staff member told me there wasn’t one.) Door handle was fixed quickly. Location was excellent and beds were comfortable. »

« The location is fantastic. The ceiling fan in the room didn’t work and we asked about that but never heard back. We were locked out for an hour one afternoon because the main door code had changed and no one told us. Other than that, we really enjoyed the location. You can walk to several coffee places and delicious restaurants. »

« Stay was great except for a few things. This is in no way a studio. It is a hotel room with bathroom, no couch or comfy chair(s). The room was too small for the furniture/not allowing for two night stands. Gfi outlet in bathroom didn't work. Had to blow dry without mirror in room. No laundry pods as stated. Thankfully packed enough clothes so we didn't need them. One basement door was propped open our entire stay making outside code pointless. The other basement door was inaccessible for egress...
