« Safe gated community with security. This unit is right across from the pool and beach. It has no outdoor deck or porch area. The back of the unit is right on main Highway A1, so you can here noise from the road at times. The description and pictures need updated some. There's no video or music library, no Wii video game, no shampoo or conditioner. It's fairly cheaply furnished as a lot of rentals are, but mostly adequate. The kitchen was fairly well stocked. « Our stay was very good. Convenient location. Easy to travel like the locals.Check in was not smooth as we were not met in the unit by the manager and we’re not informed. Unit was open. Security helped us to get that sorted. On night one had Wi-Fi issues which made communication with our trip group a challenge. Unit was easy to rent. Simple process. We paid the price posted. »

« The unit was nice and clean and had everything we needed. Host was very responsive and always friendly and available. Area outside of complex was quite run down and the road leading to complex is a tough climb!! Overall very satisfied with the stay! »

« The unit itself was fine once you were inside, except there was no TV service. However, we were not told that the entire facility was under construction. Apparently a new owner of the facility is stuccoing, painting and renewing the entire place. Our view out our front window was of a man on a scaffold 2 feet away, applying stucco. The pool behind the unit was empty, except for dirt. There was NO place to sit outside, workmen everywhere. »

« We really enjoyed our stay. We were a little disappointed that the jacuzzi didn’t work and the air conditioner in master bedroom didn’t work properly. Lots of bees at this place too. We also paid extra for accommodations for another person, which were not provided. Security is super friendly and helpful. Everyone was very welcoming and nice. We really enjoyed the private beach and none of the hassling you get at the other resorts. »

« The condo was not so clean as the floors were very dirty. Housekeeper said it was due to early checkin. However I stayed in an adjacent condo for two months and this one was not occupied for several days prior to my checkin because I could see the unit from the stairwell. Everything else was up to standards. »

« Love Negril 7 mile beach every time. Stayed 7 days . Have tried a few all inclusives, Azul Beach (Karisma Resort) + cheapest terrible places (Fun Holiday). This group of condos +location is perfect for us. Nice and quiet place. I dont mind cooking on vacation. Only1kl walk along the beach to town "round about" and shopping /pharmacy /bakery /supplies, and the vendors market( be respectful vendors can be agressive here). Taxi now $10 US one way now but you can haggle price before getting in....

We found the photos in the listing to be completely accurate. The property manager communicated with us promptly and helped to ensure that we were fully able to enjoy our stay. « Stayed with my family of 6. Staff was very friendly. We felt safe on the property. Upon check-we we’re given the wrong room. Staff apologized and quickly righted the situation. Stayed in the lower jungle unit. Plenty of space. Not much hot water. Kitchen pretty bare bones. Beach is beautiful. It is more towards the end of 7 mile beach. Can walk for miles on the Sandy beach. « Love the updated rooms modern with nice bathrooms towels and washcloths looks new but the problem I had was I saw roaches this is not the first time I told management on a previous trip so housekeeping sprayed this time they came to my room and saw for themselves so in my opinion they need to exterminate »
