« The house was perfect for our weekend with two grands. It was just enough space + glad to have use of a washer + dryer after having a 3 +:4 year old out + about seeing the sites at the lighthouse, diamond beach + Wildwood boardwalk. We were visiting to attend the Coast Guard Festival on Saturday + had a fun time there all afternoon despite the rain showers...cute cottage in a quiet location - until the 3 + 4 year old arrived.. »

« We had a great stay! Owner easy to communicate with. Check in and out all remote. The home was clean, updated, spacious and perfect for a family. Plenty of clean Linens and towels! Plenty of parking. The location in bayview can’t be beat. Loved having access to the pools and ability to use the golf cart provided by the property! Close to the family pool with splash pad for kids and a playground. Perfect for families! Definitely will be staying again in the future. If you have small children...

« We are an older company and this rental was extremely thought out in all areas. All amenities were top notch and anything you possibly could need, other than linens and towels, were there. The decor just captures a beach vacation, very well appointed. The home was very clean and each space was set up for comfort and convenience. Several Pine trees surround the property, therefore a bit of pine needles do make ground level a little messy, however, my doggie didn’t want to leave, completely safe...

« We always go away in spring with our daughter and her family as a Christmas gift. This property was fantastic for an infant (14 months) the living room had a round coffee table that was the perfect size and we placed his tub of toys in front of the fire place to block it. Just enjoy room to walk around. And couches were comfortable! »

« I used to live in The Palms so it was a no brainer to rent a place when I had to work in the area for a month. The condo was great, clean and quiet. Just a couple of small things. I know Rehoboth but for those who don’t an updated info folder would be great. The dryer did take multiple cycles to dry stuff but I had read this in a previous review so was prepared and I hang dry most stuff so I bought a drying rack. Loved my time there and made me miss my old place. »

« Had a wonderful impromptu getaway. We weren’t sure if we wanted to be closer to the ocean or on the bay. Hands down the screened in porch to hang out and watch the bay with our coffee and the sunset while playing games was absolutely what we wanted. The home had everything we were looking for/needed inside. Only thing that was awkward for us was having to bring towels and linens- I’ve never been requested to do that and had to find some xl twin sheets via friends. We are already making plans for...

« The location was great. It had a beautiful deck with spectacular sunsets and a well-stocked kitchen. Plus it was dog friendly! Unfortunately, swimming in the water wasn’t possible because of numerous jellyfish. However the beach was great for walking. »
