« My wife and I reserved this location 3 weeks in advance. Jason is a dishonest host. Not sure if he has other properties but beware of this person! He never communicated the entire process. Never let us have the entry code. We drove all the way there to get ignored having to find a last minute hotel. RUN! »

« The house is wonderful. It was too big for the 2 of us. Nice location to do things we wanted to do. It was chilly in the house as the heat was not an option. The weather was cooler than normal. We did get a response and were able to do temporary heat test which helped but only lasted a short amount of time. There was half of a burrito left in the microwave. Not sure how long that was that there. The dishes in the dishwasher were not clean. I prefer hand towels to paper towels. More...

« The house has everything you need and it is as advertised. Very clean and updated. Plenty of room and a convenient location. As you drive in, the neighborhood is a bit sketchy. Once you pull in the driveway, it’s a different story. Owner was very gracious and allowed us to check in a couple of hours early. We would definitely stay here again. »

« This home was perfect for our visit to attend Florida Institute of Technology graduation day. It's really close to the campus and the neighborhood is quiet. The home is beautiful and the space is so much better than a hotel and is comparable in price or better. The host, Joe, answered concerns in a timely fashion. We did have a few things,and when we contacted him, he thanked us and said those issues would be addressed for future guests. We would be willing to stay again if we are on the area...

Also, cleaning supplies were limited and it would have been helpful to have a dust pan and broom. Also, we were unable to figure out the Wi-Fi. The password provided was not allowing us access. For future renters, it may be helpful to let them know there are additional codes (in addition to the front door) that should be communicated...
