« This property is new and very clean. It is located walking distance to Edgartown Center and Grocery Store. Short drive to South Beach. It is on a busy St and the only draw back is the traffic is loud in the AM. If your an early riser this is not an issue. The owner has been very helpful and always answered my questions promptly. We would def rent again here. »

« It was the least expensive option in the area. We feel we got a little better than expected for the price, but there is absolutely no ocean views and you do need a car to get around. Very close to the shopping area of Oak Bluffs. Carpets really need to be cleaned and the furniture was old. The beds were comfortable. Functioning kitchen for cooking in. Did not use grill. »

« The house was amazing, and just as described and shown in pictures. It is a 3 minute walk from the ferry - great to do a car-less trip to Martha's Vineyard - rent bicycles and/or use the bus system. We would certainly stay here again. »

« We had an amazing stay! The house was perfect for our family (2 kids) — we had plenty of space, the kitchen was stocked so it was easy to cook and the location is perfect. We really enjoyed our time in the backyard and walking around the adorable town of Vineyard Haven. It was great to have a parking space behind the house, and it was also easy and fast to get anywhere on the island - no more than 20 minutes when we were visiting. The owner Mike was great to communicate with! Highly recommend...

« There were times when the shower in the master bathroom only emitted cold water. The water spigot in the tubs would not turn completely off in bathroom in the hallway. I had trouble with the lockbox. Maybe add more specific directions. It would have been helpful to know that MV transit bus was available at the intersection of the street and County Road. »

« This place has a potential to be 5 stars but lack many amenities. Pros 1, Great location - very centrally located walking distance to many restaurants, shops, downtown and ferry. 2. Newly renovated- looks new with remodeled bathroom and kitchen. Lots of room for two 3. Beautiful views of the ocean. Nice deck to sit and enjoy the sight 4. Parking space- nice to have car to explore the island Cons 1. Very sparse- only 2 towels and hand towels, would be nice to have more as well as wash clothes....
