It was great to prepare our own meals from time to time, and we found everything we needed was on hand. It was amazing to be able to be in the peace and beauty of Acadia, yet just a short drive from restaurants, etc. in Bar Harbor. We highly recommend this cottage and would love to return one day! »

« I absolutely love staying here! A beautiful view, so peaceful with the lake every morning. It was a save for me with the microwave and stove so I can cook dinner for myself since I didn’t want to rely on the fire for food. A dream solo vacation with just me a dog. Highly recommend! »

« Logement plus proche du gite que de l'appartement de ce que le prix et les photos laissent présager. Equipement minimaliste (pas d'évier dans le coin cuisine, il faut utiliser le lavabo dans la salle de bain) le soir, douche froide très désagréable après 3 minutes d'eau chaude, couvertures vieilles et ne semblant pas très nettes. Ces désagréments, certains pourront les occulter en appréciant plus la beauté des paysages et la gentillesse de l'hôte. »

« We loved being right on the beach!! We walked into Ogunquit each day and did the Marginal way. The cottage is small but well equipped and we were very comfortable. Great stay!! »

« Fireplace, clean, mini Christmas white lights. Andy's place is one of the most romantic stay and gives off major cozy vibes. Paul is a perfect host ! It was easy to reach him and he was paying attention to our needs. He made an ice rink on the pond, it was perfect for an epic weekend in nature. We will come back. Thank you ! »

« The situation is perfect for a beach vacation. The unit was very clean. Towels where perfect. The mattress on the sofa bed was bad, so was the sofa and there where not enough plates & utensils. Otherwise we spend a nice 48 hours....not sure I rent for a whole week. »

« The property owner was wonderful providing info and help as needed. The kitchen was well equipped for those who like to prepare meals. Staying on the "quiet side" of Mt. Desert Island was good for us. We had easy access to Acadia National Park and could drop into the busyness of Bar Harbor when we wanted that experience. »

« Great cottage Road was busy There was alcohol left in the fridge. I am an alcoholic in recovery. I was not tempted but was a little off putting. Would go back definitely 💯 »
