« We had a really good experience staying at the Outrigger Kauai Resort. The resort had nice pools, hot tubs, restaurants, bars, and a café gift shop. It was also really nice to walk out to the beach to watch sunrises and sunsets. The resort location was close to almost everything we wanted to do. The room was clean and functional with a great view from the lanai. »

« Can’t beat the view, felt very safe staying here as a single 25 year old. Yoga is not included, and you can’t book through their concierge for activities, fyi. Beach access was beautiful, not safe for swimming. Overall, very happy I found this place. Mahalo! »

« This resort is perfect for people wanting a central location to explore the island. 30 minutes to drive to both the North and south shores. The resort is clean and has everything needed to relax and stay put as well- several pools, 3 restaurants and sits on miles of walkable beachfront. All of the resort staff was so friendly and helpful. The host was spectacular with timely communication and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We’ll definitely be back! »

« The room was clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. This is a room at a resort with two queen beds just as described, although I felt it was roomier than I expected. The check in was easy with someone at the front desk 24/7, a concierge to help plan outings, a restaurant, several pools (water not heater, but this didn’t bother the kids) and a beach to see sunrises/sunsets from. The lanai faces a greenbelt so there is privacy and the location is such that you can see the water....

« The location of the resort was perfect for us. Its central location allowed for easy exploration of the island. It’s close to the airport and I worried about noise, but it was not a problem. The resort is very nice and well kept, but did show some of its age. I believe Outrigger will completely refresh its look very quickly. We ate two meals in the bar and one from the pool bar. « As advertised, but my next trip i will look for a place with more amenities. Microwave 2 floors away, doors slamming at all times day or night. Room furniture was a little shabby, with drawers that wouldn't open. Not a deal breaker but made for a less than 5 star stay. »

« The room is ok, host rude, we had to take out of the room our trash ourself « in the back of the building » (even if there is 5 buildings), and if you have an expensive cleaning fee. Im no garbage man. »

« This was one of the best spots on the island to stay in my opinion. We woke up every morning to walk to the beach and watch the sunrise. The pools and grounds were beautiful. The location is close to most of the activities we did on the island. My only complaint was the noisy bullfrog in the pond outside. I would definitely stay here again! »

« This is an older facility but kept in good shape. The grounds are beautiful, but the rooms are pretty average. Great view of the ocean and pools from our room on the 5th floor. The beach is wonderful for walking but not recommended for swimming due to the coral. If you’re looking for a beautiful location in a relaxing and quiet environment, for a reasonable price, this is a good option. « This was absolutely a great stay! The location of this condo was incredibly convenient for all the things we had planned for our honeymoon! And the owner of this property was super informative of all property details. Along with the resort provided towels this owner had extra towels handy since the resort doesn’t provide towel service to privately owned condos so that what a HUGE plus!
