« Les points très positifs sont les services proposés (produits de toilettes, linge, ménage et disponibilité pour répondre aux questions, … ainsi que le vin à l’arrivée), l’emplacement de l’appartement, la climatisation, la possibilité de stationner à l’intérieur et son jardin avec terrasse. Concernant l’appartement il est spacieux et l’équipement est suffisant, même si on peut regretter la petite taille du réfrigérateur et la douche un peu étroite. »

« Maison très bien située à 50m du Lac de Garde, et à côté du port. Belles balades le long du lac. Très belle région, tant de villes à visiter qu'une semaine ne suffit pas. Vérone, Desenzano, Limone,Lazise...........bref on ne s'ennuie pas. Merci à l'Italie pour ses très belles crèches et ses traditions respectées. « Propriétaire très agréable et serviable dommage que la langue nous sépare . Parle trés peu le français . Le Wi-Fi passe à 85% . Au niveau du logement il manque une gazinière cela n'est pas précisé que le logement est un logement break fast . Trés belle vue sur le lac et bien situé . Adresse difficement trouvable malgré le GPS . »

« Notre séjour fut parfait, maison très agréable, proche de toutes commodités, mon papa est en fauteuil roulant. Les propriétaire sont très très discret et à l'écoute si besoin. Le spa agrémente le jardin pour le bonheur de la famille. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir. Jérôme »

« Overall this is a fabulous property with an idilic location and plenty of space for a large group of people. The garden/ pool space is lovely directly overlooking the lake. Parts of the house could do with some tlc particularly the kitchen. Keeping the house secure was quite difficult with so many external doors and locking mechanisms. Keeping up with the different rubbish collections was hard and could really do with some proper big bins to store various types of rubbish till bin day. We used...

« The villa is as described, lovely place with excellent views over Lake Garden, impressed with the area / path to the village, which is 5 minutes walk away. Additional free parking at the boat yard was excellent. Only negative feedback was the threadbare sofa in the living area, could do with a recover, that said everything else was absolutely fine. »

« Wow! What a wonderful villa, with an amazing, huge garden. The pool is huge, the rooms big and comfy (great, comfortable beds!). Clean, modern bathrooms, the kitchen well stocked with dishes and glasses...what more can I say! We didn't use any of the luxury services we could have ordered on top, but the communication with Novella was great. We would book again in a heatbeat! »

« This spacious villa was perfect for our extended family group of 8. The antique furnishings were as pictured, and comfortable. Our liaison, Jeanne, was a sweetheart and so helpful during our stay. The villa is on the main road and within walking distance to the town and lake. The pizzeria two doors down was very convenient! « Wir haben zu neunt (4 Erw., 5 Kinder) eine wunderbare Urlaubswoche Ende September/Anfang Oktober gehabt. Das Haus ist groß und bietet viel Platz, der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse und dem Master-Bedroom ist spektakulär und insbesondere die Kinder haben den beheizten Pool ausgiebig genutzt und genossen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war nett und unkompliziert, die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort (Selene) war sehr nett - wir kommen gerne einmal wieder an den traumhaften Gardasee! »
