« Perfect place for rats or any other animals who love to live in basement. In couple day's even my travel bags got mold. Local restaurant chef don't know how how to cook even basic egg. Management threats they workers like slaves. Shower works only if you pray to all god's in same time.There is plenty of other places where to stay in Nairobi. »

« DO NOT stay in this hotel. I have stayed in some flea pits in my time, but this is the worst. Like the other review, they made me pay again, saying they had no booking with Hotels.com. The price reflects it of course, but it is in a dodgy part of town, a lot of noise, nasty rooms, no toilet seat etc. But the door service is a disgrace: the door staff would not even let me me rest after an exhausting journey to sort in the morning, and I PAID twice for this miserable pit.
