« Our stay here was amazing! The home was roomy and comfortable for us visiting the ark encounter. We loved the location and property the house was on. The kitchen was by far my favorite, it made me homesick for my grandma's home with the vintage table and pie safe. Thank you for opening up such a snuggly nook of Kentucky to our family! »

« This place was perfect for my son’s graduation from EKU. I rented one and my dad rented another so family got to stay in the same place. We could visit and hang out in the living room or at the dining room table and then go to our own space to sleep. It was only .3 miles from my son’s off-campus apartment, so we could all walk back and forth. Details like water in the fridge and pods for the keurig were awesome. Definitely recommend for anyone staying a few nights in Richmond. »

« Dan is a wonderful host and this house is the perfect getaway. What a beautiful location close to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. Also just a hop and a skip up to Cincinnati. This is a very quiet and relaxing location. There is an extremely inviting porch that was therapeutic for my wife and I. I enjoyed watching the purple martins, cattle and goats in the pasture. Dan even left us some farm fresh eggs from his chickens. We had no issues with anything and recommend this location 100%....

« Communication from the property manager was great. Eric checked in before, during, and after our stay. We were able to park on the street right in front of the main house. The owner of the main house greeted us upon check-in and checked in with us throughout our stay as well. He was super cool and fun to talk to! « Space was clean, cute, quiet, and nice location. Would recommend for a stay. You do have to go up stairs outside to get inside but there is a bright light outside that turns on with motion. Super close to so many great places and neighborhoods. Location is super good here and never had any issues with street parking any time of day. Booking was a breeze and super easy to work with. »

« This was nothing like the photos. Booking through VRBO for a Hotel stay was anything but smooth. The front desk asked for my payment, to which I had already prepaid, I then had to track down how to prove this….the worst!!!!!!! « This was exactly where I had hoped to stay in NuLu and could not have been happier with the accommodations. Plenty of room for 5 of us, comfortable furnishings and easy walk to Market St. I didn't realize there was a great outdoor space when I booked which we took advantage of in the morning with our coffee and some evenings for late night chats.
