« Stayed with my family of 6. Staff was very friendly. We felt safe on the property. Upon check-we we’re given the wrong room. Staff apologized and quickly righted the situation. Stayed in the lower jungle unit. Plenty of space. Not much hot water. Kitchen pretty bare bones. Beach is beautiful. It is more towards the end of 7 mile beach. Can walk for miles on the Sandy beach. « First on foremost, I could not get the TV to work. Secondly, there is a hole in the wall next to the air condition inside the bathroom there was mole in the ceiling. It definitely needed a paint Work, the stove in the kitchen. I did not use it because that stove needed a new one. « Apartment was not available. Guest was still in the apartment for 2 days of my 3 days stay. Renter lied about leak and relocated me to another dirty smelly location pretending that my apartment would be ready the following day. I waited past time of the event I was intended to attend on this trip. Management and front desk receptiontionist were hospitable and tried to accommodate me in getting ready for the occasion by offering an area for me to get dressed. I needed more so I had to rent...
