« Amazing stay at Brad’s property! We were in town for a wedding and could not have picked a more perfect location for our stay. During our down-time our biggest decision was pool or beach! Both were beautiful and right out our door. Brad’s unit was exactly as described- perfect for our family of four. The patio had a great ocean view and was great for hanging out in the evening. Found everyone in the complex friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back! »

I accidentally made a reservation for the wrong YEAR (24 instead of 23), and she called me the day we were driving there, and was so wonderful and accomodating! She magically helped us find a condo at the last minute, and it was beautiful, clean, spacious, and the perfect location. My error turned into a wonderful vacation for us, and I can't thank Amanda and Amelia Island Vacations enough! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! »

« We recently enjoyed a week on Amelia Island and stayed in this very nice 4th floor renovated condo. It was spacious and quiet with an awesome view of the beach and ocean and one of the nicer condos we have stayed in at Surf and Racquet. Just a short walk to the beach which was never crowded. The condo owner was very prompt in answering emails and seemed genuinely concerned that we were comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. A good week of R&R! »
