« The place was perfect, as far as the condo. The night before we left I asked if we could leave three hours after normal checkout. I was told, "Yes. But, it will cost you $30 per hour." I was not given a reason for the additional charge of $90. I also had checked and there was no one checking in the day we left. I told him I was not interested. We had already paid for the three nights and this seemed a bit extreme. I sent message asking for 90 minutes without being charged and was offered 60...

« I liked the house and the feel of it, very nice. It was a bit misleading about the play area, but they were very nice to my 4yr old grandson. It says kid and pet friendly, but there was weed killer right next to the kennels, accessible to my dog and grandson. The house was clean and very comfortable, in a very quiet part of town. »

« Shared this house with our long time friends for a soccer tournament. The communication even prior to booking was great, all the way to check out. This was my first time using VRBO, and may never use a hotel again. House was clean, and just like it looks like in the photos, nice neighborhood, and was great for our party of 8. 5 adults, 3 teens. »

« Our group of five felt right at home and enjoyed the cozy environment. We had everything we needed to prepare meals. Plenty of towels and bathroom supplies. The beds and pillows were comfy- although the ladies sharing the hide-a-bed in the sun room had a great laugh getting in/out of bed, said it too was comfy. »

« La Quinta has always been a favorite, big rooms , nice 24 hour pool and breakfast. However i wasn't to happy when i went to check in at 330 and was told the check in was 4 pm . Then a family got a room 10 minutes later .I thought the front desk staff can smile a like more , didn't feel welcomed. I travel alot and it felt uncomfortable. »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Carraige House. Once up the steep staircase you are presented with a very well set up place. Kitchen was well stocked for easy home cooking. I always like it when basics of cooking is availble such as oil, salt&pepper and herbs. Felt at home here. Beautiful garden also to sit in. »

« The property and the house are just incredible. Very well maintained and clean. I loved the chandeliers around all the house. We had very good time there and needed pictures of the house for memories and moments we had there. We came to Yakima to my daughter’s graduation from PNWU, and she wanted pictures taken at the front yard and entrance stairs. Thanks for sharing your property. »
