« The house was exactly as described! Beautiful!! Communication was excellent. Pros: perfect downtown location, beautiful apartment! Cons: -We stayed Friday-Sunday. Friday night there was a live band at the wine bar which is located outside the bedrooms. Loud until after 10:30 and putting a toddler to bed was not fun. -We had a family of 9 and planned to cook breakfast, there was only 2 pots and a cookie pan. We had to make it work to cook as we had a lot of food we didn’t want to waste....

« Very well maintained, lots of extras so we didn’t have to bring all of our own pots and pans. BBQ pit, a few extra floats, it was lovely! Water heater and air conditioner were a bit loud, but nothing that a little music couldn’t distract from. We’ll definitely be visiting again! »

« This is a lovely house with a beautiful backyard. The covered outside sitting area has an outdoor grill and sink. It’s perfect for a couple or a small gathering. We enjoyed having our morning coffee there. We were in the area for our granddaughters high school graduation. It was a nice place to relax from all the hustle and bustle; yet convenient to stores, shopping centers , eateries and a movie theater. »

« What an amazing venue! Everything was exactly as described in the listing. We held a family reunion here and everyone commented how nice the place is, how fun all the games & activities were and how everyone felt right at home. « We enjoyed our stay. It was a holiday weekend so lots of places were closed, big we saw lots of things we hadn’t seen before. The Sunshine Cottage was a very pretty and peaceful place to stay. Everything was there if we needed it. She had done instructions but not excessive. The door lock was so nice, no key to keep up with. We loved it! »
