« We were very pleased with our stay. The rooms were very spacious and clean. I only have 2 complaints, which are at no fault to the owner and geared more towards the resort, the check-in process took an hour and 15 minutes. Check-in was at 4 and we didn't get to our room until almost 5:30 because they were so busy so you may not want to make any plans for arrival night. Also parking is a nightmare. You have to be back at your room around 5 and not leave again to be able to get a spot even...

« Very clean one bedroom timeshare unit with 2 full baths perfectly located between Gatlinburg and pigeon forge. Had no problem checking it and they do try to get ya to do a timeshare buy but not required. You are considered the owners guests and get a discount on the on-site restaurant and 4 free weekly passes to the Indoor Waterpark which is nice if raining and have small child. « We loved staying here. The property was amazing, our kids loved being able to ride around on their easy rollers. All the people we met were very friendly. It was a wonderful place to stay when having fur babies as well. Plenty to do without having to leave the resort. The camper/rv had everything we needed for our stay, plus things we didn’t realize we would need or didn’t think to bring. Will definitely be staying here again »

« The cabin was cute but the hot tub was a cold tub. Emailed the owner and didnt receive a timely response (1.5 days later and we stayed 3 night). I ended up spending some time to get it going, but unfortunate. We did have some encounters with rodents but its a cabin in the woods. Beautiful views and was cozy otherwise. »
