« It's hard to come across a great property that features a king and two queen bedrooms instead of another bunk bed setup. For a group without kids this was a godsend. We all had a great time. The only uncertainty we had was checking out. When putting in the checkout code in the keypad at the end it gave a noise that sounded like an error so we questioned if it worked correctly. We didn't know if this was a system thing or not as it took about 4 attempts at check-in as well before the code worked...

« Our extended family has been spending every other spring break at the Round House for well over 25 years. By this time it really does feel like we are coming home. The house is always clean and well equipped for large groups of varying ages. It looks nice, but is also cozy and comfy. Our host is quick to reply to our texts if we have questions. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Thanks again for a great time. »

« What a beautiful, modern, and comfortable home! This is a built B&B rental with the expected modern accommodations. All rooms are en-suite with their own thermostat. The bathrooms have tile warmer and the den one also has a shower. The washer/dryer worked well. The kitchen is modern and the utensils well stocked. Expect the pans to be share-used so if you prefer your own like me, bring it. Restaurants are good, and there was a decent meat market and a Safeway nearby for my culinary extravagance....

« Great mountain retreat for a family reunion! We loved the spacious rooms and the very well appointed kitchen. The hot tub was a real bonus after a day on the slopes. 5 stars all around! The only tiny issue is that there is no vent in the bathroom upstairs, and the shower curtain liner was moldy. That should be a quick fix! »

« Location was great! House was spacious and fit our needs. The view was amazing! Our only complaints are the sofa was poor quality. Very uncomfortable, with wood boards holding up the cushions I'm guessing because springs were broken. The dishwasher wasn't bolted to the cabinets, the refrigerator door rubbed on the freezer drawer below. The drawer inside the freezer fell off its tracks EVERY TIME we used the freezer. « Our family of four enjoyed staying at this property over spring break. It was clean and a nice amount of space for two adults and two children. We particularly liked the location, which was both a close drive to winter park resort for skiing and within a short walk to the Frazier river trail for snowshoeing. « House is nice proximity to Fraser & Winter Park. Easily accessible. We had 3 couples & 2 singles. Property manager is easy to reach with any questions or concerns. Host was easy to communicate with. The only negative is we could not get the heat adjusted properly to a comfortable temperature. We found it to be too hot or too cold . I’m sure it was just our inability to adjust the nest thermostats. All in all it accommodated our needs ! »

« Booked very last minute and absolutely loved the place. Older property but nicely updated and decorated. Kitchen is well stocked, beds were super comfy, Wi-Fi was great and parking was easy. The only improvements I can recommend is that it time to change the shower curtain liner as it is getting discolored and to clean the stain in the carpet in the master bedroom. These were minor and did not impact our stay. Highly recommend this property. »

« It was perfect for my friends and I. Super clean, so many extra bed linens, many toiletries and coffee in the cabinets. Only (very small!) downsides were the coffee pot did not make proper coffee (coffee came out tea colored) and the master bath took at least two hours to fully drain. Other than that, it was a perfect stay! »

« Great place for a quick getaway! The condo was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed in the kitchen for meals. The primary bed was nice but a bit too firm for my back. May work better for others who prefer a firmer bed. Private hot tub was perfect after a long day and plenty of soft clean towels for our use. This was a wonderful condo. Thank you and we would absolutely stay here again! »

« The condo was comfortable, and had everything we needed. Brandon was a very good host. We messaged him several times and he always responded quickly. Be aware there is no safe place to leave your luggage before check-in or after check-out (this was only a problem because we were using public transit, and constrained by transportation schedules). But Brandon was kind enough to let us stay in the condo for a few hours past check-out time because no one was checking in the day we were leaving....
