« We got all the information regarding location, access and parking prior to check in time. The property was very clean and in a quiet location. It had everything we needed and was perfect for our weekend stay. The only negative is that the property was 78 degrees when we arrived about 9pm and it took a couple of hours to cool down. Would recommend getting in the property at check-in to adjust the temperature prior to settling in for the evening. We would definitely stay there again! »

« Overall this was an amazing stay. We had a great weekend. Just for future renters, the space appears much bigger in the photos than it actually is. But it’s perfect for 2 people. It should also be noted that there is a shared entrance and no doors keep you secure from the owners possibly entering. However, the owners of the main home were not present during our stay so there were no issues. They also left us snacks! »

« This is a cozy little get away place that we enjoyed very much. Loved the kitchenette for morning coffee and late evening suppers of leftovers warmed in the microwave. We also enjoyed afternoon tea there each day of our stay. Evenings were spent in the lovely front room in front of the television watching retro tv programs...a favorite. The bedrooms and bath were very generous as well. The location is close to downtown and very walkable. We would enjoy staying there again. Thanks!! »

« This property was absolutely perfect for our weekend stay. It is very aesthetically pleasing, and comfortable. The backyard is a perfect setting, with a fire pit right on the water. We sat out there and watched the big swans on the lake. The location was perfect. We attended the Michigan game and the travel to and from the stadium was short and no traffic. There were tons of places to eat that was close by. This property is at the top of my list of places to stay!!! »

« Our family really enjoyed staying here. The property is lake front, perfect 3 ft sandy depth for kids to play all day long. Kids really enjoyed kayaking while the dads enjoyed the aluminum fishing boat. Property is clean with all the amentities needed. The owner is super friendly and is only a call away if needed. I would recommend to all families looking for that upnorth feel without the long drive. We have rented through vrbo for close to 10 years and this is the best one we have been to yet!...
