« The cottage is cute and quirky with a great view of the lake. It was very peaceful. We spent a day on the back porch working while looking at the lake. I think it is in need of a deep spring cleaning, however. I’m extremely sensitive to smells, and there was a strong pet odor, I opened the windows to help air out the unit. Overall, a good experience. Kyle was extremely helpful and kind. »

« My wife and l cannot say enough about the great experience we had on our 10 day visit at Marilyn’s. Owner Mark and his wife Tiffany were extremely accommodating and friendly. The house on Montoya street was very, very clean, comfortable and such a great location in Lady Lake between Sumpter Lake and Spanish Springs where shopping and Restaurants are easily accessible. « The house and location are both excellent and highly recommended. Our only issue was the air conditioning. We did call on the first day but then it seemed to improve so we can canceled the service call. But it got hotter every day after that. Partly my bad, and I'm sure it's been addressed by now. So we recommend the property with no reservations. »

« It was a bit tricky to find as it is on a side road not the actual address of the main house but mission accomplished-I found it. I was happy to off the busy main road. I found everything easily and enjoyed my stay. I never saw the host or had any communication other than via email thru VRBO. I would recommend this as it was very well appointed and clean. »

« The pool was perfect for the kids they loved it. The place was so big they also played hide and seek inside. Beach was only 20 mins for New Symra and 40 for ormond beach. Stetson university was 2 mins away for graduation and dormitory’s. Downtown was also 2 mins away publix, and chilis. Exactly was we wanted. Thank you so much when my daughter forgot her doll they allowed us to go search after check out. »
