« Awful experience. The owner didn't reply to any communication before the actual check-in time, and therefore I had to just go straight to my event. It was after 10:30 pm when I needed to access my rental. The parking was NOT a dedicated lot but on-street parking, so I had to walk around a very long block in the dark. « The condo was very nice. It was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was very nice, and we cooked several meals there. Everyone had their own space and bathroom. The neighborhood was a little sketchy (wouldn’t walk around at night) but so is most of DC. Overall, we had a great trip »

« I stayed here while I was in DC for work, and I couldn't ask for a better place. It is walking distance to my office (and to all the best DC sights, if you are there for fun). It's a very comfortable studio with a very clean kitchen and comfortable bed. What else could you ask for? I'll definitely stay here again. »

« It was a safe location close to the subway and easy access to the national Mall and zoo. Parking is difficult and you don’t have a space with the rental so you just drive around until you find street parking and then walk to however far to the rental. You have to get a street parking pass (which we didn’t know) and didn’t have for the first few days (thankfully we didn’t get towed or fined). D stay here again for sure. « The property is an only room apartment with an en-suite bathroom and another toilet. Enclosed dining room with French windows has a bed and has been called another room. There’s no proper ventilation in that room and it doesn’t block street light well so it’s hard to sleep in that room. There’s no communal bathroom. Everyone would need to go through the bedroom of the master bedroom occupant to get to the en-suite shower which is a huge nuisance to all and is against American building code. TV...
