« Le problème n'est ni le cadre ni la qualité des prestations, impeccables pour les environs de Hanoi, mais que cela ne correspond pas à ce que nous avions sur le site de réservation. Nous avons réservé pour deux adultes et deux enfants, mais la réservation n'a été enregistrée que pour deux adultes, d'où un supplément conséquent.
