« Everything was fantastic, there was a strange smell coming from the hot water heater I believe. Smelled like rotten eggs. You may want to replace that as it has been there since 1996. The inside may be rusting »

« My, mom, brother and I had the BEST time here. Beautiful home, fantastic theater experience, the mpst gorgeous views, and all perfectly nestled in the wonderful Copper mountain. We saw tons of wildlife, stars, and a hundreds of memories wells never forget. Luke is amazing and so thankful we chose this location. »

« This property is absolutely amazing, well decorated and everything we needed to stay in a house for awhile, although we only got to stay one night. Quite area, stunning views, and close to Cripple Creek. Only recommendation: if it snows, have a 4-wheel drive vehicle for the 2 mile dirt road up to the property. It was not plowed, so it may be difficult in a low clearanced car. »

« Home is great. Nice and clean. Loved that I could bring my little buddy Oliver (dog). We just hung out. Needed a break from town and work. Picked a bad week to check things out. Road crew was there the whole time. Lots of traffic. So we hung out and cooked good food on my little griddle that fit on the grill. We would stay there again. Want to go have dinner in town sometime or check out the mountains.Thank you, Sam & Oliver! »

« We absolutely loved our stay. It was perfect for us and our doggos. The house was a good distance from neighbors which was great for our doggos. Amazing space for my partner and our doggos. You can get the best views just chilling on the deck. Be mindful to maps we were able to cut 15 min off our drive time since maps tried to make us go all around the neighborhood. »

« Beautiful house in a great location. We enjoyed the hot tub with a view and grilling on the deck. The home was well kept and clean. It was a perfect place to spend a quiet birthday weekend. »

« We loved the property. Our kids had a blast playing outside and we were greeted by many deer during our stay. We would definitely advise having a 4x4 during the winter, we had to use 4x4 multiple times while we were there. The only thing we would have changed would be the darkness of the curtains in the rooms. We were able to sit around the fire pit on the porch and grill while we were there. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to save so much money by cooking. We will definitely be back! »

« First and foremost this property is exactly as described. 4x4 is a must for the steep climb to the house. I know I see people complaining about not being able to make it up to the house. This is why you should read the property details!!! The house was perfect we cooked Thanksgiving dinner here and had everything we needed, of course I brought my own turkey cooker. Beautiful views from all angles. We will definitely be staying here again. »

« This is a very special place in my home state of Colorado. It doesn't take much imagination to feel like you are 150 years removed from the present day in this spot which is 2 block walk (uphill but just one way) to center of town. So very fun and a well kept secret so I apologize to the staff if I'm giving it away. But too good and fun not to comment. Thanks Bill and we hope to see you soon! »
