« Quiet, beautiful get away. »

« Only 1 out of 3 baseboard heaters worked. Neither the beadroom baseboard heater nor the bathroom heater worked. There was not one in the living room. There was a gas fireplace in the living room that worked most of the time but the breaker had to be reset at one point because there was no power. I messaged on two different days to ask about the heat and did not get a response. The week I was staying had extremely cold weather and I had to make double ziplock bags with hot water to warm the bed....

« Clean, and well decorated suite with a fantastic view of Harrison Lake and beautiful pines outside. Bed was comfortable, a nice long soaker tub in the bathroom was a nice touch. Convenient little kitchenette. Interesting property built on the edge of the lake with sloping gardens and paths. Quite pretty! Only negative is that we didn’t heard back from the manager on a special request until the night before our stay making it hard to plan our morning. »

« After booking two months in advance, we were unable to stay here. This may have been unique to our experience. A conversation with the host verified that two dogs would be allowed on the property, so I went ahead to confirmed the booking. The host of the property was surprised when I contacted them at 3 PM check-in time for the details. It appears the property is listed on multiple sites and there was a technical issue, which resulted in overbooking. This left us scrambling with our two dogs...

« House was amazing and host was very understanding, we had a great time. Only tiny thing would be to repair the pool table, it has some scratches. Thank you again for this wonderful time »

« Nice clean well equipped easy to access allow pets with stunning view. We both enjoyed our quick (couple days only) stay, we had recharged our batteries and our little but old dog totally enjoyed too »

« The property was pretty much as described. One big difference was that I didn’t see that the bedroom downstairs did not have a bathroom on the same floor. The stairs up to the second floor were quite steep, which made it difficult at night when I needed to use the washroom, the kitchen facilities and deck were very nice. The sauna was a lot smaller than I expected. The owner was very responsive when we had questions about the door, the Wi-Fi connection and the front gate key overall a good...

« What a beautiful view and beautiful property. Thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing few days here - simply looking at the amazing view can fill the day, and the sunsets are incredible. Loved the place. »

« The property is as advertised and a great getaway from the city! Even though you are 15 minutes from the main road, you get the sense you are far away in the woods. Peace and quiet! The host was very responsive and ready to help us! »
