« We stayed for 3 days after our 14-night cruise and were able to wash and dry all our clothes. The washing machine was very handy. The provided clothes hanger had seen better days but we made it work. The location was fabulous and close to heaps of restaurants and pubs. We caught the local bus to Lewes for fun and had a great day. The apartment is quiet and comfortable. We would recommend to stay here. »

« It was a lovely flat with plenty of space but we were disappointed with the condition. The shower and toilet were very dirty and the sofa had all the seat cushion zips broken and the stuffing hanging out. Was not worth the money we paid and there was no welcome from the owners or information about local events etc. »

« We spent 4 nights in the apartment and we had a great time. The location is great. Very well equipped and great communication with Jess. The bedroom is absolutely perfect and very comfortable. The bed in sofa is not very confortable pour 2 teenagers (tall) but it stays a sofa. The situation is perfect with all you need just down the street (great fishχps). We loved our stay. Etat de propreté correct mais quelques manquements à noter, comme le nettoyage derrière les portes, certains coin et le tiroir du meuble de salle de bain remplie de cheveux. Sion les indications pour le check in parfaite et nous reviendrons avec plaisir. « The house and its equipment are as described. Good communication with Jonathan who gave us useful places to visit before our stay and a welcoming basket at our arrival. The house is comfortable, clean and close to commodities. Several walking trails allow you to discover the surroundings. The train from Brighton to London Victoria is very convenient to visit London (one hour trip). We recommand the house and will come back with pleasure. »

« A group of 15 of us stayed at the property for the hen do and everyone raved about the house. The location was so perfect with no need to get a taxi at all over the weekend. The use of the key pad to get in meant there was no faffing with who had the key which was perfect for a large group. There was plenty of rooms unlike many others in the local area where there would be large numbers in one room so everyone had a good sleep regardless of what time they got in! - the lounge fitting us all in...
