I very much liked that we were able to set the room temperature as we liked and were able to run the fan to create white noise to drown-out the noise from other rooms. The location was easy to get to from the airport and had good proximity to shopping and other destinations we had in Bloomington. »

« I would give this property 6 stars if I could. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The lady who checked us in was really nice. There was shuttles to the Mall of America where we spent most of our time and a shuttle to and from the airport. Each driver we had was just really great. Regarding the hotel, the pictures don't do this hotel justice. To me, it kind of looks plain in the pictures but when we got to the hotel, the room actually looks very sleek. « The hotel is very nice, very clean and in a good location. Perhaps they should not allow hockey teams or other sports teams to stay there though, if staff is going to assume the athletes make the hotel look "trashy." Two of our players were at the front desk and told the front desk attendant that they have a very nice hotel. He responded by saying, "Yes, it is, but all of you make it look trashy."
