« Loved the property. Very nice way to relax after a day of driving. Geese & ducks are hatching their young on the river. Was cool to listen to them speak to each other. Unusual layout, but it works!! Beds were comfortable, furnace heating was amazing. The house behind the property made us uneasy, but we kept to ourselves. Everything was a notch above what is typical--the decor, cleanliness, entertainment options and layout of the house served our group of 6 adults well. We enjoyed easy meals together using all the necessary kitchen supplies down to the ample amount of silverware and coffee. We had a great time unwinding on the sport court, pool deck and jacuzzi. « We had an excellent stay 3 night stay while in town for a friend’s wedding weekend. The townhouse was very clean, well-stocked, spacious, and comfortable! The location was perfect at the end of a quiet street in a nice neighborhood. We appreciated the quick responses and communication updates from Matti and the check in/out process was seamless! We travel to Sioux Falls a few times a year and we will absolutely be staying here again! »

« This house is absolutely perfect for a family. The layout is spacious and open, yet has definitive separation of spaces. The Harry Potter room is great for kids!
