« The property is cozy and decorated in a homey way. It looks like a home that has been decorated over years and travels. I love the live plants in the living room and the vibrant colors. It has a Tempurpedic type of bed which I do not find particularly comfortable. But, I usually get used to it the second night. The first night is rough. It is on the back side of the quadruplex so it is quiet with no traffic or backyard neighbors. This is my second time to rent this unit. I like it very much. »

Had small issue with internet connection (our issue, not owner) and response that corrected our mistake was immediate! Highly recommend. Our only disappointment was we had to leave after 1 night! »

« Beautiful view and really enjoyed our stay. Fishing wasn’t good at the time we stayed but really enjoyed just being able to go down to our own dock to fish off of. This place would be great for swimming off the dock. Water is really clear you can see all the way down to the bottom of the lake. »

« We came to visit UofA for my son and decided to stay at a VRBO. Sunrise Cove was beautiful inside and out. It was able to sleep our family of 5 comfortably. The boys loved fishing off the dock and taking the kayaks out. After a long day, it was nice to sit in the spa and watch the sunset and listen to the wind. We really had a great time and will definitely come back. »
