« Minutes from U of Ark and wonderful experience. Home was immaculate and exactly as described and represented in pictures. Beds were comfortable and having 2 baths is a game changer for the 3 of us. Had small issue with internet connection (our issue, not owner) and response that corrected our mistake was immediate! Highly recommend. Our only disappointment was we had to leave after 1 night! »

« House was very nice. Only problem was 2 bedrooms had no internet. Which we just ran to walmart and got some google squares. But with a house full of kids with no tv to watch made for a long night. But we all got to fish and play cards. Swing on balcony broke on last day of the stay. Lots of geese walking around down stairs was fun to watch. »

« well appointed kitchen, beds comfortable/clean. No HVAC system, room heater wouldn't work, ceiling in living room coming down, screen porch in poor repair, no towels (think at least there should be) no outlet in. bathroom and no place to plug in hair dryer & use a mirror. I had asked for a number to call owner & didn't get one, I arrived late due to numerous traffic delays, used ring doorbell and said to leave a message, as I was walking away it started talking to me and told me where to go....

« This property is like going to Grandma's house! Homey and inviting. A great way to connect with each other and disconnect from the world. The kids liked the "old school" Nintendo and VCR. They played ping pong and we had fun the last night making s'mores in the fire pit. Isaac was quick to respond and the property was very clean. Thank you! »

« The house was as described. Very clean and comfortable. The host thought of almost everything possible we would need. The neighborhood was great and the park was a big hit with my kids as was the swing set in the back yard. I definitely recommend!! »
