« This was genuinely the best experience we have had for a vacation rental for the purpose of unwinding. We thoroughly enjoyed (and were pleasantly surprised by) the quality of the bath house. « Second time staying at this house and skiing Wolf Creek. Great location to the small town of South Fork. Easy checkin and out. No real issues with the property and easily fit 12 adults / older teens and 1 baby. Great hot tub after the slopes and fire pit down by the river. Great views from house as well. Use Rocky Mountain Ski for your gear they’re great. Will be back again and hopefully not take 6 years like the last time. »

« Very nice setting and location. descent sized rooms. furniture is a little warn and uncomfortable. We had no hot water the first night but the local folks worked hard to get it fixed asap. They also came right away to fix a faucet that broke. « Over we had a great experience! Bathrooms were incredibly clean! You must be okay with dogs occasionally barking, one of the owners dogs even came into our yurt but he was super friendly! Super close to the sand dunes and zapata falls! The yurt was closer to the house and camper than I thought but definitely a safe area! We took a walk around the subdivision and it was super nice with pretty views! The host is very on top of things and communicates well! I would stay again!!! »
