« The location of this property is absolutely amazing and for the most part everything was perfect. My only issues are that we didn't find out until after booking that the property is shared with renters living upstairs. This to me is an issue and should be shared before booking. When you rent a Vacation Rental you don't expect people to be onsite. The other small issues are the towels were not fresh and crunchy and the game room was filled with spider webs. « My daughter and I spent Mother's Day weekend plus a couple more days at this cottage, both last year and this year. It's clean, bright and cheery with a great view of the lake. My daughter went kayaking while I watched from the deck. We went into town on the Saturday night for a nice dinner, but other than that, we spent most of the time in the cottage. Oh, we got tattoos!! That was fun! »

« This was a great location for us to stay and the outside space was perfect for our family to visit and have dinner. The pictures on the listing were accurate My only feedback would be to remove some of the personal belongings - even though this is a second home. « We were fortunate that Michigan weather blessed us! Great location but the stairs to lower level are a challenge for elderly (we are 70 and 74). Next time we would go for upper level! Even so, they are pet friendly and we had a small dog so the space was great and gave her freedom contained by steps!! Would definitely recommend! »

« My entire extended family thoroughly enjoyed our time at Turtle Point! All the water "toys" (i.e., boats) were a huge plus. We loved being on the lake and away from other houses. It felt very private. The house is beautiful. Gail and company were wonderful hosts and were even able to accommodate my request for a late check out time. We were in town for a family wedding, and this was the perfect place to relax in between events. We rented Neil's pontoon boat which was a lot of fun. »
