« Fantastic building amenities. I had a great view and loved the space. It was great to have a gym and laundry. It was noisy at night because of the nightclubs close by. The building itself was very quiet. Communication with Charles hope was not very good. It took a while to get answers, if at all. »

« Loved having our own space. Feels like you're in your own unique home. Very quiet, no noise from next door apartroom. Fantastic sleep in a very comfortable superking bed. Very powerful shower. All mod cons, so you can cook yourselves or order in a takeaway. There is a laundry room on the premises, although we didn't use but saw others use. Only downfall we had is there is not much space at the sides of the bed and you havent got enough shelves at bedside. »

« This place was perfect for our trip. It was kitted out with everything you'd imagine needing. The location was excellent, within easy reach of the city centre and Duthie Park on the doorstep. Parking was never a problem and the added bonus of being just over a 5min walk to Pittodrie, Asda, or the beach cafes, or just over 29 mins to Marischal square. « It was a nice enough place but would have liked to known it was on the top floor of the whole building. We had no communication on how to actually get in the building and with the check in etc so had to phone the owner themselves which took time and would have been helpful to have all of the info in an email. There was also no soap to wash our hands with which isn’t great after covid and all… also please note you have to pay for street parking which is expensive in my opinion »
