« Been staying at elements properties for last 5 years and love how staff and cleanliness is top notch. However, the couch at the Beaverton location is hard as a rock! And the wooden sides on bed can cause bruising on back of legs so I add a folded up towel to soften hard edges. Also, the corners on cupboards should be covered with plastic edge protectors as I cut-bruised my arm badly. That’s why rated 4 outta 5 this time. Other than that…it’s a great hotel. »

« This hotel was really nice and clean. The staff was nice. I noticed my itinerary said I have a resort credit. I don't know what that means and it didn't seem that they know what that means either? I don't know if that means something like I missed out on a chance for amenities like a credit towards food or something or if it means something else? »

« Property is nice, has a nice pool area but not enough towels. Breakfast and cocktail hour is definitely a plus . Rooms could be cleaner. Bathroom was very outdated. Bathtub would drain very slowly and the roof of the bathroom paint was peeling off. »
