THE SPACES
Living Areas:
Split across two floors, the main level is designed to accommodate rest, relaxation, and gathering around the stone-lined fireplace, one of two fireplaces found in the house. Wherever you dine, you’ll enjoy light and tranquillity pouring in from the oversized windows.
Dining Amenities:
An oversized kitchen with a kitchen island, bar seating for four, and two separate dining areas means you can fuel your adventures with nourishing meals for the whole family. A grill also sits outside on the patio for delectable barbecue feasts. Kelowna has great restaurants, but with views like this, we wouldn’t blame you for wanting to eat in.
Bedroom and Bathrooms:
The home features three bedrooms and an additional lounge. Each bedroom boasts ample space, large windows, bright light, and luxurious beds for hotel-quality sleep. The master bedroom contains an en-suite bathroom with double vanities, a mounted television above the fireplace, and the same stunning natural views of Kelowna.
The second bedroom could be mistaken for a master, with its equally spacious room and a large private deck overlooking the lake. The third bedroom, cozily nestled against the backdrop of the garden, offers another full-size bedroom, as well as a bunk bed.
Other Features:
The home features additional amenities to accommodate large groups including kids, remote workers, and families, such as the full-size washer and dryer, and a private workspace for those planning to sneak in a few emails or calls during their stay. This private office facing vast fields, rolling hills, and Okanagan Lake will surely enhance your productivity.

This home is on a peaceful residential street that’s only a short drive away from Kelowna’s best beaches, lakefront parks, restaurants, and more. Spend your days paddle boarding Kelowna Lake, hiking, biking the path, or playing golf.

Getting Around:
Bringing your own car or renting one is the best way to explore the area. The property’s ideal location makes it accessible to key tourist areas. A free parking area is readily available on the estate grounds.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Noise Monitoring:
Our property includes a noise monitoring system to ensure a comfortable stay for you and peace for our neighbors. This system detects loud sounds or music, especially late at night. It measures sound levels but doesn't record or listen to conversations. If noise gets too high, we get an alert, helping us keep the environment quiet and relaxing for everyone.
Exterior Cameras:
For added safety, we have cameras outside the property. These cameras monitor who comes and goes and help secure the area. They are only for security and placed in common areas facing the entrance places, and around the property's perimeter, respecting your privacy while keeping the property safe.
Insurance:
Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG – a globally recognized trust and safety company that allows hosts and guests to confidently transact.
Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted directly by SUPERHOG to complete your booking validation, which includes ID verification. We also use SUPERHOG to collect either a fully refundable deposit (plus a non-refundable admin fee) or a non-refundable damage waiver.
Both the deposit and the waiver cover you for any accidental damage caused during your stay. Please complete your validation prior to check-in.
