« This is not a single family home. Although my family was the only one staying here this could have been uncomfortable had other people been staying there as well. The room I stayed in was very small so would not want to spend a lot of time in there if uncomfortable with other people staying in common room. « Lovely home & setting. Very peaceful. Lots of nice touches…snacks, popcorn machine, wood for outdoor fire & supplies for s’mores, breakfast foods available, etc. Owner very responsive, polite & easy to work with. Only complaint about the house was it needed a good deep cleaning. I’m sure it’s hard to accomplish this with the few hours they have between check out & check in. We did have issues with the listing on VRBO - when booked (almost a year ago) the listing did say events up to 50 people....
