« Die Wohnung selber war toll. Einfach etwas spärlich eingerichtet mit Küchenutensilien. Zudem war es sehr sehr mühsam, dass die Klimaanlage die ganze Zeit lief, auch nachts und nicht ausgeschaltet werden konnte. Das Haus ist eigentlich als Einfamilienhaus gebaut und es wurden nun drei Einheiten zum Vermieten daraus gmacht. Das ist nicht so toll, da die Wohnungen nur durch eine dünne Tür getrennt sind und man so alles von den Nachbarn mitbekommt. Sehr schade. »

« The property was very clean and met all of our needs. Plenty of room for up to six people. Having a pool onsite was a great option if we didn’t feel like walking to the beach, and access to a washer/dryer was a very nice perk. The host was extremely responsive prior to and during our stay. »

« My 2 friends and I enjoyed our stay here. We each had our separate bedrooms, 3 bathrooms between us and a spacious area to gather. The outside porch area was comfortable and shaded. We spent a lot of time there. In roughly 300 steps we were on the beach and had beautiful views of both the sun & moonrises. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, etc. The house was very clean. We enjoyed watching the iguanas sunbathe as well. We all agreed we would return! We highly recommend! »

« Overall, the impression of the property was good. The location was exactly as described. The parking was great, although a bit confusing as it was not specified exactly where to park. The entrance to the property was secure. Cleanliness could've been better. Trash was found under the beds and dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The beds were very comfortable, and the AC was cold. The townhouse was spacious and neatly decorated. We had a pleasant experience. »

« The house is so close to the beach! Its so cool to walk by the ocean front with kids and rent bicycles… Also, the house was clean, very bright inside, kids love the games room, tvs and Ac’s everywhere. Home appliances were top. Bedrooms are big enough and mattress are good as well. At least the pool was hot at anytime and cleaned every week. The only bad point i could say are the curtains in rooms because they are too light so rooms are sunny early. Beside that, we had a wonderful time (2 wks),...

« Logement parfait pour 4 avec une bonne literie, emplacement pour la voiture secteur proche des commodités. Mais dans un couloir aérien 'avions qui atterrissaient toutes les 5 min ... j'ai voulu cuisiner, il y a le strict minimum et les casseroles sont en mauvais état (rouille) à part cela Chris nous a bien reçu, c'était simple et rapide. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour »

« Très bel endroit, bien aménagé et confortable. Le point fort est vraiment sa piscine et son spa avec vue imprenable. Malheureusement toute notre semaine a été gâchée par des travaux très très bruyants juste en face de la maison (de 7h30 à 17h30)! Quand vous payez une telle somme pour avoir du calme, c'est quelque chose de difficile à accepter. Concernant Marco Island, c'est une sympathique ville mais peu pratique pour aller à la plage (peu d'accès) et pour les parkings (peu de places). »
