Hi PaulLet me answer to your comments the plants yes agreed that needed to be trimmed but it was only very little part of the sidewalk, about the garbage of course you could see it there the garbage area because we have to wait the garbage truck to pick it up only once a week garbage truck doesn’t collect the garbage daily , it is not true that our pans all big one we did provided in each houses small medium large pans .However is in the house rules that if you have any concern you have to tell us straight away seems you never read it? Staff unfriendly? This is not true at all they always laughing and chatting with your wife. About the gate again is in the house rules that everytime you open it please close it also this is very basic daily things to do even in your own gate . When our staff is not busy they are running to open up the gate for you. Our staff are really friendly seem your the one having a problem with yourself you’ll just egnoring them . About the swimming pool again you’ll never read our house rules it is not true what you said , our pool is open from 7am to 10pm as we had limit at the night to avoid disturbing other guests with the noises. So it is not true at all that you couldn’t swim at the night. You have plenty of time to swim there from 7am to 10pm our pool lights is automatically turned off at 10pm. Next time whenever you’re staying please talk directly to the staff all your concerns and be friendly too. And we are not a resorts, we are homestay .
